HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE, AND HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?
We endeavour to deliver orders between 3 - 10 business days (excludes public holidays & Sundays) depending on the lamp style as specified on each product page and your location.
Express shipping takes between 3-6 business days.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING & DELIVERY CHARGES?
Domestic Shipping charges within India are completely free of cost for standard shipping.
ARE THERE ANY EXTRA CHARGES FOR EXPRESS DELIVERY?
Yes. For express deliveries, please select the express shipping option at the time of checkout to know the express shipping charges.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? WHAT ARE THE CHARGES FOR THE SAME?

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
At Sozori, we understand that online shopping can be challenging and we want to make sure you are satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and refund policy to help make your experience better.
Return Policy:
We accept returns if the return request is raised within 2 days of receiving the item(s). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@sozori.com. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping label.
Refund Policy:
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If the item is eligible for a refund, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days.
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be processed to the card used at the time of purchase.
In case of any discrepancies or defects in the item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the item. We will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Exceptions:
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Custom made or personalised items
- Items marked as final sale
- Items that have been damaged after delivery
- Items that have been used
